Tig has just joined the last litter program she gave birth to her 6 kittens yesterday unfortunately 1 of her bubs was born sleeping. Both mum and bubs are doing well.
As part of the last litter program mum will be desexed after her kittens are weaned at about 7-8 weeks old and they come into care.
We’ll be waiting until the kittens are 8-10 weeks old to get their vet work done and then they’ll be ready for viewings so watch the Mackay Animal Rescue Society Facebook page for their profiles, unfortunately no holds on these kittens, we need to make sure they grow up big and strong before they’re ready for new families! Watch this page for update photos!

Today is all about celebrating our furry little friends and the love and joy they bring to our lives(but let`s be honest, if your a cat owner, everyday is cat day and they won`t let you forget it.
It was introduced as a way of raising awareness for the welfare of cats all around the world and how we can learn to help and protect them.
A great way of celebrating and supporting cats is to support cat rescues. Today is the perfect day to make a donation!

I am very dark brown with lovely cream markings both spots and stripes. I have two parallel stripes down my back on either side of my spine. Quite unusual.
I love my food and am excellent using my kitty litter.

Hi, my name is Gamora and I’m a fierce, sweet, cute girl.
I have unique markings and an adorable little face.
I’m super affectionate and I love to come up to you for a cuddle, in fact, I’ll demand it!
I love a good pat and I love to run around and play. I’m often just under your feet so make sure you’re looking out for me when you’re walking!
I take some time to adjust to other cats and kittens. I’ll often growl and hiss, so a household with no animals, or animals that will respect my space would be ideal.
I’m a big scaredy cat around big dogs. I don’t like my foster brothers at all. So I’ll need a home who has no dogs or smaller ones.
I’m the boss of the home, and can play a little rough sometimes, but I’m great at knowing my boundaries.
I’m great at using my litter box and I love to eat my food.
I love to run around and have the zoomies and then I’ll settle in nice for a sleep with you.

Tig has just joined the last litter program she gave birth to her 6 kittens yesterday unfortunately 1 of her bubs was born sleeping. Both mum and bubs are doing well.
As part of the last litter program mum will be desexed after her kittens are weaned at about 7-8 weeks old and they come into care.
We’ll be waiting until the kittens are 8-10 weeks old to get their vet work done and then they’ll be ready for viewings so watch the Mackay Animal Rescue Society Facebook page for their profiles, unfortunately no holds on these kittens, we need to make sure they grow up big and strong before they’re ready for new families! Watch this page for update photos!

Today is all about celebrating our furry little friends and the love and joy they bring to our lives(but let`s be honest, if your a cat owner, everyday is cat day and they won`t let you forget it.
It was introduced as a way of raising awareness for the welfare of cats all around the world and how we can learn to help and protect them.
A great way of celebrating and supporting cats is to support cat rescues. Today is the perfect day to make a donation!

When I first went to my foster home, I’d hide and hiss at other people, but now, I’m coming up to people and wanting a cuddle.
I have a quiet and soft little meow. You often can’t hear it if you aren’t paying attention, it’s only when I really want something that you can hear it.
I can adjust well to an environment, as long as I have a safe place to spend my time and a home that’s thoughtful to my needs.
I’m getting along well with my foster sister and I love a good cuddle once I’ve done playing.
Often you’ll find me perched somewhere in the house, looking over things and observing. My foster family call me a little guardian because I’m always watching over things.
I’m great at using my litter box and I love to eat my food, I love to run around and have the zoomies and then I’ll settle in nice for a sleep with you.

Tig has just joined the last litter program she gave birth to her 6 kittens yesterday unfortunately 1 of her bubs was born sleeping. Both mum and bubs are doing well.
As part of the last litter program mum will be desexed after her kittens are weaned at about 7-8 weeks old and they come into care.
We’ll be waiting until the kittens are 8-10 weeks old to get their vet work done and then they’ll be ready for viewings so watch the Mackay Animal Rescue Society Facebook page for their profiles, unfortunately no holds on these kittens, we need to make sure they grow up big and strong before they’re ready for new families! Watch this page for update photos!

Today is all about celebrating our furry little friends and the love and joy they bring to our lives(but let`s be honest, if your a cat owner, everyday is cat day and they won`t let you forget it.
It was introduced as a way of raising awareness for the welfare of cats all around the world and how we can learn to help and protect them.
A great way of celebrating and supporting cats is to support cat rescues. Today is the perfect day to make a donation!

Hi! I’m Bronson! I’m a rambunctious little bruiser with a big personality!
I absolutely love playing with my foster sister, but I really love hanging around with people, and REALLY love snuggling up on the couch beside them, behind, them, under them.
I’ve got a super, friendly demeanor, even though I pretend I’m tough and throw out a cheeky little bark sometimes.
I’ve spent lots of time around kids and other dogs and made lots of friends! Everyone loves me! I love everyone a bit too much though, and like to be close to someone all the time.
I’m super smart though! I can sit nicely already, and I’m really food motivated. I’m still working on potty training, but I usually hit the puppy pads! I’m pretty good at my crate training, but I’m still a little scared about sleeping on my own. I’ll definitely grow out of that soon though!
I’ll probably be a big fella when I get older, so a yard and some space to exercise would be a really good forever home for me.

These gorgeous girls are in our last litter program and have just arrived in care. Their 2 mums will now be desexed as part of our last litter program so it`s Last Litter for everyone including mum.

Tig has just joined the last litter program she gave birth to her 6 kittens yesterday unfortunately 1 of her bubs was born sleeping. Both mum and bubs are doing well.
As part of the last litter program mum will be desexed after her kittens are weaned at about 7-8 weeks old and they come into care.
We’ll be waiting until the kittens are 8-10 weeks old to get their vet work done and then they’ll be ready for viewings so watch the Mackay Animal Rescue Society Facebook page for their profiles, unfortunately no holds on these kittens, we need to make sure they grow up big and strong before they’re ready for new families! It’s International Cat Day 2023
Today is all about celebrating our furry little friends and the love and joy they bring to our lives(but let`s be honest, if your a cat owner, everyday is cat day and they won`t let you forget it.
It was introduced as a way of raising awareness for the welfare of cats all around the world and how we can learn to help and protect them.
A great way of celebrating and supporting cats is to support cat rescues. Today is the perfect day to make a donation!
