Tig has just joined the last litter program she gave birth to her 6 kittens yesterday unfortunately 1 of her bubs was born sleeping. Both mum and bubs are doing well.
As part of the last litter program mum will be desexed after her kittens are weaned at about 7-8 weeks old and they come into care.

We’ll be waiting until the kittens are 8-10 weeks old to get their vet work done and then they’ll be ready for viewings so watch the Mackay Animal Rescue Society Facebook page for their profiles, unfortunately no holds on these kittens, we need to make sure they grow up big and strong before they’re ready for new families! Tig has just joined the last litter program she gave birth to her 6 kittens yesterday unfortunately 1 of her bubs was born sleeping. Both mum and bubs are doing well.
As part of the last litter program mum will be desexed after her kittens are weaned at about 7-8 weeks old and they come into care.

We’ll be waiting until the kittens are 8-10 weeks old to get their vet work done and then they’ll be ready for viewings so watch the Mackay Animal Rescue Society Facebook page for their profiles, unfortunately no holds on these kittens, we need to make sure they grow up big and strong before they’re ready for new families! It’s International Cat Day 2023

Today is all about celebrating our furry little friends and the love and joy they bring to our lives(but let`s be honest, if your a cat owner, everyday is cat day and they won`t let you forget it.

It was introduced as a way of raising awareness for the welfare of cats all around the world and how we can learn to help and protect them.

A great way of celebrating and supporting cats is to support cat rescues. Today is the perfect day to make a donation!
